By Using ToExcel, You Agree to These Terms

ToExcel is a free online tool that converts images and PDFs into Excel spreadsheets. By using this service, you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What You Can Do

Convert images (PNG, JPG, WEBP) and PDFs into XLSX spreadsheets
Use the service for personal or business purposes
Upload multiple files at once (batch conversion)

What You Shouldn't Do

Upload files that contain someone else's personal or confidential information without their consent
Use automated tools to mass-upload files or overload the service
Try to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service
Upload illegal content

File Handling

Your uploaded files are processed automatically and deleted immediately after conversion. We don't store, review, or share your files. The converted XLSX file is available for download temporarily and is then removed from our servers.

Accuracy

We do our best to produce accurate conversions, but the results depend on the quality and complexity of the source document. Blurry images, complex layouts, or unusual formatting may result in imperfect output. You are responsible for reviewing the converted file for accuracy before relying on it for important work.

Availability

ToExcel is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may limit usage during high-traffic periods to keep things running smoothly for everyone.

Limitation of Liability

ToExcel is a free service provided without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or issues arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to inaccurate conversions, data loss, or service interruptions.

Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of the content you upload. The converted output is yours. ToExcel does not claim any rights to your files or data.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from the use of this service shall be resolved in the courts of the United States. If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right under these terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.

Termination

We may restrict or terminate access to the service at any time, without notice, for abuse or violation of these terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
